Bandar Warisan Puteri is a mixed residential development located 6 km north east from Seremban Town Centre and can be easily accessible via Jalan Sikamat and Jalan Jelebu. It is also accessible from Kajang – Seremban Highway (LEKAS) via Ampangan exit.

In fact, frequent fliers would find this place alluring since it provides easier and faster travel to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) than from KL City. If the need to travel into KL arises, one can simply use the North-South Highway or the LEKAS which only takes about an hour or less on a good day.
