Bandar Warisan Puteri, A project developed by TH Properties Sdn Bhd

Warisan Puteri is a mixed residential development located 6 km away from Seremban Town Centre and can be easily accessible via Jalan Sikamat and Jalan Jelebu. It is also accessible from Kajang – Seremban Highway (LEKAS) via Ampangan exit.   It covers a total development area of about 491.46 acres. 1.1          The maiden launch of Warisan Puteri was in early 2000 with double storey terrace houses.

In 2005, Seri Pajam Sdn Bhd (Seri Pajam) continued with the development under Joint Venture (JV) with TH Properties Sdn Bhd for a total land area of 145.6 acres.  THP has entered two Joint Venture Agreements on 28th March 2007 and 25th September 2008 with Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd for residential development.  Seri Pajam has completed their project under the JV except for low cost development which is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in September 2015.

   To date, about 103.5 acres left for development.  Through TH Properties Sdn Bhd subsidairy company, THP Hartanah Sdn Bhd plan to develop the remaining land in Warisan Puteri with residential and commercial development comprises 2 storey terrace house (1,065 units), bungalow (4 units) 2 and 3 storey shop office (36 units).  The overall revised master layout plan has been approved by Majlis Perbandaran Nilai on 11 February 2015. It is estimated that the development will take about 6 years to complete.
